Free-standing Mathematic Qualifications (at foundation, intermediate and advanced levels)
were originally designed for use by students post 16, but can now be used with students of all ages. They encourage students to use mathematics that is relevant to their other studies or interests. The use of ICT is encouraged wherever possible.

AS Use of Mathematics is an exciting AS level that will appeal to a wide variety of students. It involves the application of advanced mathematics in real contexts and includes the use of computers and graphical calculators throughout.
